🥋 Three Rivers Throwdown Regional Tournament
We're excited to announce the return of our ATA Regional B Tournament - Three Rivers Throwdown! This event will be held at the AHN Montour Sports Complex - 2419 State Ave, Coraopolis, PA 15108 on:

• Saturday, November 8, 2025 - ATA Tigers, Martial Arts Kids, Teens & Adults (all ranks) competition
• Sunday, November 9, 2025 - Team Sparring & Team Combat competition

All competitors will receive a custom tournament pin, & winners will earn custom medals. Don't miss your chance to test your skills, showcase your training, & celebrate your progress with ATA students from all over!

🌟 Special ATA Xtreme Training Seminar
As part of the Three Rivers Throwdown weekend, we're hosting a special 2 & 1/2 hour ATA Xtreme Training Seminar on Sunday afternoon, November 9th (after Team events). During this seminar, students can rotate every 30 minutes through exciting stations featuring:

• Open Hand & Tricking Skills
• Ssahng Jeol Bong (Chux)
• Jahng Bong (Staff)
• Ssahng Nat (Kamas)
• Gum Do (Sword)

Train directly with District & World Champion level instructors at each station! The cost is only $59 per person. This seminar is perfect for students of all ranks & ages who are looking to improve their creative & xtreme techniques.
